Hospital Parking Pass

As part of our Pay It Forward campaign, the Chan Group has sponsored a parking pass to the Trillium Health Partners parking lots and would like to lend it to anyone in need.

You will be contacted via email when the pass is available for you for pick up at our office (1270 Central Parkway W).
Pass must be returned to our office within a week after use to allow for others to benefit from it as well.
