As the son of a Realtor, it would seem that Derrick was destined to be a realty agent from a young age. As a child, he would help install for sale signs, open house signs, and hang lockboxes. He would even sleep in the car with his siblings while his mom was negotiating a late night offer. Don’t worry, dad was the driver so they were never alone!
If you meet Derrick you will see quite quickly that he loves engaging with people, which is why Real Estate is a natural fit. His love of socializing accompanied with his love for helping people is what compels him to excel in this industry.
After more than a decade as a realtor, Derrick is still eager to learn more to help his clients. He constantly strives to provide the highest excellence in all aspects of the real estate experience.

Brigid was born into a large family of seven children (herself included.) While mom went to work, Brigid took it upon herself to take care of her six siblings. Though the family was stricken with poverty, it was evident that they became rich in love. As Brigid and her siblings were brought closer together through her hard work.
It is in that environment that Brigid’s life philosophy began to form:
“Always work hard to do good for others."
Later in 1986, she applied her life philosophy to her new career in real estate. Within a year she won a sales award. Since then, Brigid has been a consistent top realtor and award winner for the Mississauga area. Today, Brigid is respected and trusted by her peers industry wide as someone with great integrity.

Anita Chow has worked with Brigid Chan for over 13 years, first as an administrative assistant. Anita enjoys working in an amazing environment. After receiving excellent feedback from clients through emails and on the phone, she decided to extend her fiduciary service to clients and become a realtor.
Anita enjoys working closely with clients and especially loves seeing their smiles when finding their dream home or helping them achieve the best selling price possible before their next step.

David knew he was destined for sales ever since his first job in retail at Jack Jones, an all men’s European clothing store, where he became the #1 sales associate in Canada his first year in the company. David went on to manage two multi-million dollar retail stores.
Over the years David realized that although he excelled in sales, it was the connections he made with people that he thrived on. David also realized that “home is where your heart is” and he made real estate his full time career.
David has proved the old adage of "history repeating itself" as he was named Keller Williams’ Rookie of the Year for his outstanding performance among his peer agents. David is grateful to have had the privilege of serving all of his amazing clients.
